Blackfoot Renews Ambassador Sponsorship of Missoula City Club in 2017

City Club Missoula kicked off their 2017 program series with a forum led by Montana Telecommunications General Manager, Geoff Feiss.  The theme was “Big Sky Small World: Conquering Montana’s Divide” Feiss presented a report on the state of rural Broadband and shared ways MTA member companies are working to bring state-of-the-art Broadband internet, to Montana’s rural schools, businesses, residents, and emergency and health care services overcoming challenges presented by Montana’s rugged and remote geography. Feiss shared stores of how member companies like Blackfoot are busy updating today’s networks to meet tomorrow’s demands with “future-proof” fiber optic infrastructure requires considerable investment of time and resources.
