City of Missoula Proclaims “Blackfoot Communications Day” to Celebrate 70 Years of Community Connections
Missoula, MT – Blackfoot Communications, a leading Missoula-based technology provider, is honored to announce the City of Missoula’s proclamation of December 12, 2024, as “Blackfoot Communications Day.” This recognition celebrates Blackfoot’s 70 years of connecting people, businesses, and communities across Montana and Idaho.
Founded in 1954 as a cooperative to bring voice services to rural areas near Missoula, Blackfoot has grown tremendously while staying true to its mission of keeping communities connected.
