Announcing the Launch of Blackfoot Carrier Services

An expanding redundant network and new service provider relationships will offer strategic fiber routes. 

Blackfoot, the owner and operator of the region’s largest multi-gigabit network, announced the launch of Blackfoot Carrier Services, a newly formed business unit focused on the increasing demand for carrier and wholesale infrastructure and services.

Blackfoot Carrier Services empowers network partners to meet their customers’ demands by delivering advanced voice and data solutions. Blackfoot’s redundant fiber network is connected to multiple Tier-1 internet providers and reliably carries service to more than 20,000 locations.

Blackfoot is focusing its expansion through existing partnerships in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions with:

  • Fully managed carrier-class service with bandwidths up to 100 GB
  • Last-mile Ethernet connectivity options: Fiber, Ethernet over Copper, Licensed Microwave and DSL
  • Colocation, data center and private IP network offerings
