Blackfoot Supports the Missoula Food Bank

With help from local volunteers, the Missoula Food Bank puts together food packs for area school children who may not have enough food available to them over the weekend. The program, called Kids EmPower Pack Program, helps kids stay healthy and nourished when school is not in session.

On Friday, January 6, Blackfoot had 17 members of its management team volunteer at the Food Bank to help build 3,500 food packs for area kids. “Blackfoot is proud to be a part of something that is so important to our kids and to our community.” said Joel Block, VP, Customer Operations & Marketing. “It was fun to participate, time flew by and it was a great feeling to help others in our community.”
