Blackfoot offers mobility service which provides a full-featured soft phone that can be used to make or receive calls from your smartphone or tablet using your desk phone number.
The application that we use to deliver our mobility service, Accession Communicator, is getting a new name. The app is powered by Metaswitch and they are unifying their product portfolio under a single brand identity, MaX UC.
For users of the Accession Communicator app, you will notice the MaX UC brand name and this new logo when you login. The functionality and user experience of the platform will not change. This update is slated to be released with Metaswitch’s platform update v2.31 at the end of March 2020.
